Looking for seedlings for your own garden? Land's Sake is your source for organically grown tomatoes, peppers, herbs, and annual flowers seedlings. Also, for sale: potted bulbs, ground covers and shrubs. All plants are organically grown right here at Land's Sake.

Come also for our Open (green)House and say hello to this season's veggetable and flower plants before they go in the ground! The Open (green)House is free and open to the public. Feel free to bring a picnic lunch. We also will have a couple grills for your use and a few goodies and soup for sale.

Join us for the second of a series of gourmet dinners prepared by chef Sam Hunt held at the historic Barn of the Josiah Smith Tavern in Weston, MA. From our farm to this table, Land's Sake’s Supper Club dinners feature produce from Land’s Sake and other area farms. A portion of the proceeds support the educational programs of Land's Sake, so please come for a great meal and support the farm! We look forward to sharing a meal with you!

Sam Hunt, a Weston native, is the Executive Chef and Co-Manager at Indigo Bistro in Hamilton, MA. Prior to joining Indigo, Sam was the Executive Chef and General Manager at the West Side Lounge in Cambridge. After switching careers from graphic design and moving back to Massachusetts, Sam spent two years cooking with Barbara Lynch at No. 9 Park in Boston, MA.

Time: 7:00pm (maximum of 40 people per seating)

Cost (includes tax, tip and corkage): $40 for Land’s Sake Members, $50 for non-members (cash or check only)

Land's Sake Farm is open from 10am - 6pm every day of the week, starting June 8 through October 31, including weekends and holidays.

We also offer a number of crops for picking throughout the year including beans, peas, cherry tomatoes, strawberries, herbs, raspberries, blueberries, and flowers. Stay tuned for an announcement about when the first pick-your-own crops will be available.

We bring our farm-fresh produce into the city at the Davis Square Farmer’s Market in Somerville on Wednesday afternoons from noon - 6pm. The market is located in the parking lot at Day and Herbert Streets near Red Bones Restaurant. We accept food stamps.

You can learn more about famers markets in the area through the Federation of Massachusetts Farmers Markets, the organization that coordinates many of the farmers’ markets throughout Massachusetts.
